Our team is available to deliver complimentary report consultations on the interpretation of specific GeneSight reports, provide evidence-based education to increase awareness and knowledge of PGx testing, direct you to evidence-based clinical resources, and more.

Medical Science Liaisons

Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are field-based members of the medical affairs team that cover distinct geographies across the United States. The MSL team provides in-person educational support on pharmacogenomics to healthcare providers.

Dr. Samantha Socco supports the midwestern region of the United States (Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin). Dr. Socco has specialized residency training in clinical pharmacy and pharmacogenomics and has a strong interest in pharmacogenomics implementation and the advancement of pharmacogenomics in psychiatric care.

A former Assistant Professor in the department of Psychiatry at Yale, Dr. Jackson aims to help improve the lives of those suffering from mental health conditions by supporting the utility of psychiatric pharmacogenomic testing.

Medical Information Liaisons

Medical information liaisons (MILs) are headquarter-based members of the medical affairs team that are on-call Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm EST. MILs can answer any inquiries related to mental health or pharmacogenomics for healthcare providers or patients and create educational collateral to increase awareness and knowledge of pharmacogenomic testing.
